Forwarding console
Your login email, forwarding aliases, and delivery records keep the long-term receiving routes you explicitly create working.
Essential logs
Limited security logs help with rate limiting, abuse prevention, and troubleshooting. They are not used to build advertising profiles.

You can destroy disposable addresses, pause or delete aliases, and submit data requests through our support email.
What data we process
When you create a disposable inbox, the service processes a random address, access token, expiration time, and the messages sent to that address. A token is required to read or delete messages; this information is used only to complete the receiving actions you request.
When you use a long-term forwarding route, we also process the receiving email used for code-based login, the aliases you create, delivery status, and security settings. If you enable an authenticator, the service stores the encrypted configuration needed for verification. You do not need to upload your contacts or your usual email password.
Why we need this information
Core data lets us create addresses, display incoming mail, extend validity, forward messages, and confirm account control. Without it, the service cannot deliver mail to the right session or carry out the actions you choose.
Security logs help identify unusual requests, control verification-code frequency, and investigate delivery failures. FwdQuick does not sell personal data or use message content for cross-site advertising or public-facing marketing profiles.
Retention and deletion
Disposable inboxes and their messages enter the cleanup process after the expiration time shown in the interface; destroying one manually triggers earlier deletion. Backups and security logs may be cleared later to protect integrity, but they will not continue to provide receiving functionality.
Delivery records for long-term routes show at most the most recent 30 days, while aliases are retained until you delete them. Verification codes remain valid only for the short time needed to complete login and cannot be used to enter the console after they expire.

Your access and choices
You can delete messages directly in the tool console, pause or delete aliases in the routing console, and sign out of your current session. To access, correct, or delete data you cannot manage yourself, contact support from the associated email address so we can verify the requester’s relationship to the data.
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, delete, restrict processing, or object. We handle valid requests under applicable law and explain any security, legal, or technical reason when we cannot fulfill one.
Security, service providers, and contact
We use access tokens, encryption in transit, verification-code rate limiting, and optional two-step verification to reduce the risk of unauthorized access. No online service can guarantee absolute security, so important accounts should not rely on an expiring disposable address for recovery.
